The Company's policy is to distribute normally up to 35% of the consolidated net profit of the Kardex Group in the form of dividends to its shareholders. Instead of dividends, the General Assembly may decide to reduce the par value or to distribute reserves from capital contributions, which in principle can be distributed tax free to individuals.
