Stefan Seidl has headed the company since 1997. In 2005, he and a group of investors took it over in a management buy-out. Mlog was integrated into the Kardex Group in 2010. As Managing Director and in his function as member of the Executive Committee of the Kardex Group, Stefan Seidl successfully saw through the integration process and the strategic refocusing.

Hans-Jürgen Heitzer (1962), currently Co-Managing Director, has been appointed Head of the Kardex Mlog Division and member of the Executive Committee of the Kardex Group with effect from 1 September 2011. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering and has worked in the logistics industry for 20 years, two of which with Mlog. He joined Mlog Logistics GmbH as Co-Managing Director at the beginning of 2010, since which time he has been in charge of systems operations. Hans-Jürgen Heitzer will continue to perform this function in addition to serving as Division Head.
