Welcome! : Access to the Kardex Dealer Intranet Web Site (the "Site") is limited to authorized Kardex Dealers ("Dealers") and their employees, and is a service provided by Kardex to Dealers in consideration for the user's agreement to hold in strict confidence all of Kardex's confidential and proprietary information appearing on the Site, including, but not limited to, information relating to marketing, sales, service distribution, pricing, costs, suppliers, business methods, product specifications and formulas, manufacturing techniques and processes, engineering and product development (the "Confidential Information").

By accessing the Site, the user represents that he is an authorized employee of a Dealer authorized to access the Site, and agrees, on his or her own behalf, and on behalf of the Dealer: (1) to hold in strict confidence all Confidential Information obtained on the Site and use best efforts and take all reasonably necessary precautions to prevent disclosure of same to persons outside of Dealer's organization; (2) that in the event of a violation of this agreement, Kardex will have the right to injunctive relief prohibiting any further violation and (3) to reimburse Kardex for all costs, expenses or damages, including reasonable attorney's fees, that it incurs as a result of any violation of this agreement.

This agreement shall become effective and binding immediately upon the user accessing the Site, without the requirement of a written confidentiality agreement, but a written confidentiality agreement will be signed by user or Dealer should Kardex so request.
