As the fastest-growing AutoStore integrator, Kardex brings with it experience of more than 150 AutoStore deployments across the globe, including customers in the retail, manufacturing, healthcare, e-commerce, 3PL, and automotive industries. In addition, Kardex has been providing its range of proprietary intralogistics solutions and automated systems in Canada for some time, developing a strong resource and partner network to support customers across the country.

With a growing presence in, and focus on, Canada, Kardex has identified it as an important new focus for its expanding AutoStore business. Recent deployments include automotive giant Ford, electrical products and solutions expert Sonepar, sportswear and apparel company Cutter & Buck, and global motion control specialist WEG.

Kardex AS Solutions recently marked five years of activity in the Americas. The company has extensive experience in storage and fulfillment automation, alongside excellent local support and expertise. Combined with the local market knowledge and resources of Kardex’ North American teams, this expertise will enable Canadian customers to benefit from close, French-speaking support, from the initial design stages through to commissioning and ongoing system support.

Kardex Innovations and Expertise Provide Even Greater AutoStore Benefits

As the most innovative global AutoStore partner, Kardex has released more than one purpose-built solution a year to enhance performance, increase system uptime, and simplify operations since entering the AutoStore ecosystem. These include proprietary warehouse execution system (WES) FulfillX, automated grid cleaning solution SnapVac, AI-powered bin induction with BinInductAI, and its unique Intuitive Picking Assistant (IPA), which projects picking information directly onto the AutoStore port.

Founded in Switzerland, Kardex is a leading global provider of intralogistics and warehouse automation solutions. It has a large portfolio of automation technology and almost 3,000 employees in more than 30 countries worldwide. A global AutoStore partner since 2021, customer deployments of AutoStore ASRS systems by Kardex have boosted picking throughput by as much as 300%, reduced floor space requirements by up to 80%, taken projects from contract signing to go-live in as little as six months, and improved picking accuracy to 99.9%.
