Kardex has been selected by Cutter & Buck for a second AutoStore automation project, supporting the company’s continued expansion with a new goods-to-person system at its Grand Prairie, Texas distribution facility.
Building on the successful deployment of Cutter & Buck’s first AutoStore system in Renton, Washington, the new project will help maximize warehouse space, improve fulfillment efficiency and order accuracy, and reduce reliance on seasonal labor as volumes grow.
The system will support both wholesale and direct-to-consumer operations from a single automated platform and is designed for high-density storage with capacity for more than 50,000 bins. Engineered to perform during peak demand, the solution is designed to deliver more than 1,200 bin presentations per hour, providing a scalable foundation for long-term growth.
