Kardex Acquires Controlling Majority Stake in ROCKETSOLUTION

Kardex, a leading global intralogistics solutions provider, has acquired a controlling majority stake in Rocket Solution GmbH, as of 01 December 2025. ROCKETSOLUTION expands the Kardex portfolio with a dynamic bin shuttle system for lightgoods. This acquisition represents a strategically important element of Kardex’ growth strategy, strengthening its market position, solution portfolio, and long-term resilience. 

Expanding the automated solutions portfolio for lightgoods 

ROCKETSOLUTION has established itself as an innovative provider of bin shuttle systems for lightgoods, offering a modular solution characterized by high storage density, flexibility, robustness, and ease of integration. The technology complements Kardex’ existing portfolio and enables customers to implement scalable and efficient automation.  

By increasing its stake, Kardex underlines the strategic importance of ROCKETSOLUTION’s technology and its role in supporting the Group’s long-term growth ambitions in the fast-growing lightgoods market.
