Kardex VLM Boxes

Kardex VLM Boxes are designed to fit the VLM Kardex Shuttle trays perfectly, maximizing storage space. Their flexible frame and divider system can be configured for virtually any product and easily adapted as your storage needs change.

We offer two box sizes: the Kardex VLM Box 800 and the Kardex VLM Box 850. Select the right box based on your Kardex Shuttle tray size. The Kardex VLM Box 850 is optimized for larger trays and features a more robust material for increased durability, while the Kardex VLM Box 800 is optimized for smaller trays and is made from lighter material.

Combined with Kardex Power Pick System or Power Pick Cloud, powered by the KardexOne software platform, both Kardex VLM Boxes help operators pick faster and more accurately while maximizing storage density, improving productivity, and increasing the return on your investment.

The VLM Box Spacer is only relevant for the VLM Box 800. It ensures optimal use of the VLM Box 800 in 864 mm deep trays by positioning the boxes precisely and securely in the tray. This way, the VLM Box Spacer increases space utilization while reducing picking errors. Its quick-click connection system and ergonomic design make it a smart, flexible addition to your storage layout.
