Operator training is aimed to educate warehouse operators how to manage daily operations, solve minor malfunctions, and initiate necessary steps independently. It guarantees the best performance for a plant's operations and availability.
Training content

Managers & Supervisors
Here, we educate warehouse managers and supervisors on their Kardex system capabilities and functions to better understand how the system functions. This enables optimal system utilization and performance.

Training location
An experienced service technician or trained coach conduct the training at your own facility. The participants receive training in a familiar setting on your exact Kardex solution.
We offer first-class training for your employees at our US Kardex locations.
At our training center just outside of Portland, Maine, we ensure you understand the daily tasks, and how to best manage the Kardex system in operation at your facility. We conduct training in private groups with a maximum of eight participants.
The Kardex Remstar Academy training room has automated storage and retrieval systems to use during the courses, including the: Kardex Megamat, Kardex Shuttle, Kardex Miniload-in-a-Box, and Horizontal Carousel Module.
