BinInductAI automatically verifies each bin before induction into the AutoStore system.

Four Automated Quality Checks

  • Bin Presence
    Confirms a bin is properly positioned and detectable in the induction port.
  • Bin Walls
    Verifies bin dimensions and wall condition to identify warped or out-of-spec bins.
  • Hole Inspection
    Checks the robot pickup holes for obstructions or leftover manufacturing material that could interfere with robot handling.
  • Barcode Validation
    Confirms the barcode is readable and identifies the bin before induction.

System Verification & Induction

Once the barcode is validated, BinInductAI checks with the AutoStore system to confirm the bin is not already registered. If all checks pass, the system automatically sends the insertion command and inducts the bin into the grid.
